This Leisure LED features: T8 base, 18” LED Tube; 8-30 volts DC including 12v--this wide-range voltage is designed to withstand RV power fluctuations that can damage ordinary LED lights; 600 Lumens; Natural White color; 9.6 power watts; 90 High Power 3014 SMD LEDs; beam pattern of 360 degrees; and color temperature of 4000-4500K. Each Leisure LED bulb has a life expectancy of 60,000 hours--many times longer than a standard bulb--which saves money and time, especially in those hard-to-reach places. This product does not contain mercury or emit ultraviolet (UV) light. There are no moving parts or filaments so it can withstand shaking and vibration. It’s made with high quality SMDs (surface-mounted device) on aluminum base and weighs approximately 5 ounces. I have bought two 10-packs of these to replace the old fluorescent bulbs in my RV. Besides getting rid of the flicker at startup, they are twice as bright as the old bulbs, while using half the current. It was much less expensive than replacing the fixtures themselves. They put out very good light, and can be rotated to place the light where you want it to shine.Installation requires you to cut the power and ground wires to the fixture and attach the included wire harness to it. Easily done with diagonal cutters and wire strippers. I used Wago style connectors to attach the wires and every one worked perfectly. The only issue I had was that the wires come out near the center of the bulb, so I had to cut a small slot on the side of the white cover that hides the old ballast.In the 10-pack these are a great value. I have bought two packs (20 bulbs), and replaced all but 2 bulbs, so I ordered a 4-pack to leave me with 2 spare tubes if needed in the future.
